The photo was a set up, the original flag was planted during the battle of Berlin and 2 weeks later it was redone for the cameras. After studying the battle you can't help but feel sorry for the Germans. Bastards were given no mercy and weren't allowed to surrender by some ass who ended up shooting himself before it ended anyway.
